MIL SPEC Qualified Products and NATO Stock Numbers

CorrosionX utilizes our time and battle proven Polar Bonding™ and Fluid Thin Film Coating (FTFC™) technologies to provide the most flexible corrosion prevention and control system available. Qualified under MIL-PRF-81309H Type II and Type IV, CorrosionX is effective on any metal or metal alloy that can oxidize. CorrosionX is also outstanding for eliminating galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals, and it is also supremely useful for protecting electronics in harsh naval environments.

Developed by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) NavGuard is an ultra-thin polymeric film, corrosion preventive compound intended for use on any metal surface. It can be used both for initial protection during shipment and storage, and for in-service treatment. The ability of this material to prevent corrosion and displace water make it particularly suited for service use, and the polymeric film technology excels in corrosive chemical environments. NavGuard is also qualified under MIL-PRF-81309 Type II and Type IV providing the necessary requirements for a corrosion preventing compound for use in the extreme naval aviation environment.

NavWrap tape is an advanced, multi-purpose corrosion prevention solution designed to protect critical assets in harsh, corrosive environments. Infused with NavWrap Paste, which has been fortified with CorrosionX Heavy Duty (our most tenacious and durable corrosion inhibitor) and CorrosionX Aviation (qualified under MIL-PRF-81309H Type IV Advanced Grade CPC), NavWrap delivers long-term performance across a wide range of industries and applications. With its superior performance, ease of use and adaptability, CorrosionX-impregnated NavWrap tape is the ultimate solution for preventing corrosion and extending the service life of your assets. Whether onshore of offshore, in industrial settings or at home, NavWrap offers unmatched reliability and protection.

RejeX was developed in 2001 on behest of the United States Air Force to prevent super-heated jet turbine exhaust from damaging aircraft paint and to prevent the hydrocarbons in exhaust from becoming the catalyst for corrosion reactions on the external aluminum skins of aircraft. It was just a happy coincidence that the RejeX coating system was also gin clear and was able to protect surfaces from UV damage and other common contaminants. RejeX became one of the first commercial coating products to utilize quartz nanoparticles in its formula, and it's innovative, engineered polymer matrix is still considered one of the most advanced and effective coating systems available at any price.

Handi-Spray™ NAVAIR Belt Pak spray system is one of many available system configurations, which atomize CorrosionX, CorrosionX Aviation, CorrosionX Extended Duty and NavGuard into a smoke-like fog. When introduced into a confined area like an airplane wing, or void areas inside a ship, the fog efficiently and completely fills the area depositing the corrosion preventive compound on all surfaces. These systems will also spray CorrosionX Heavy Duty as a fine spray. Custom configurations and application wands customized for specific applications are also available.
